Shopping on this website is conducted through Paypal's simple and secure system. You do not need a Paypal account to use this system, simply a credit or debit card.
When the transaction is approved by Paypal, we will send you an email to confirm that the payment for your order was successfully processed.
Shipping is done by registered airmail. Shipping to Europe and Asia can take up to 10-14 days, but usually it take about a week, and shipping to US and Canada about 10-20 days. We don't ship on weekends and national holidays.
If you haven't recieved your parcel within a few weeks please contact us by e-mail. There are no tracking number when shipping with registered airmail, but in case the parcel is lost it can be located via a registration number.
When you sign for the parcel it is considered delivered. It is therefore important that you check that the seal is not broken. If in doubt, open the parcel before signing.
If an item is defect or should fail to meet your expectations, please return it unused in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the item, then we will email you the return shipping address. Make sure that you return the item by registered air mail, as we can't be responsible for lost packages.
If an item is defect it will be replaced on ours expense. Please note that we only cover the return shipping cost up to the amount that it cost to send it to you in the first place, so please don't ship with EMS or other express courier service, use normal registered airmail. On returned items that are not defect, we will refund the full amount less shipping and a 10% handling fee.
If you have any issues or problems with an order please email us, and we will do our best to sort it out to your satisfaction.
